Your order will ship within 2 workings days. Depending on your location, you should have your EZ Shade within 2-5 days of shipping.
First step would be to contact us via email to see if we can fix or help you with any issue you may have. If you want to return your shades, use the same shipping box, with a new label and send it back to:

EZ Shade Patented brackets are made from galvanized steal. The shade is made from a special blend of recycled poly-carbonate plastic. This ensures the shade is drop proof, will not discolor over time, and is heat resistant.
EZ Shade ships from Toledo, Ohio USA. Right where everything is manufactured and assembled!
We ship all of our packages using USPS. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is processed and labeled. Should anything happen to your package during delivery please contact us right away to sort out any issues.
We are sure you will be satisfied with your EZ Shades, especially how easy they are to install, however we understand it might not work for your required application. Should any issues arise, please contact us first to see if we can fix the problem. If you would like to return your shades, please use the same box you received them in and ship them back to the return address. You will receive a full refund once received at our office.
