Easy to use and look waaaaay better than a naked bulb. Really helped upgrade my unfinished basement with little effort.

We had an excellent experience with EX Shade that exceeded our expectations in every way: Exactly as described. Fast, Free Delivery, Safely Wrapped, and It takes seconds to Install. In addition, it's almost unbreakable! It does not call attention to itself against a white ceiling. We bought two EZ Shades. When the light is off, its "white" color (this design) isn't bright white, making the fixture "disappear" into our ceiling. A+++++!

A must have! I live in an old NYC apartment, and my kitchen had a bare bulb. I really couldn’t find anything to spread the light out more evenly to prevent the really harsh shadows it produced. After much searching, I came across this and it is perfect!!! It spreads and diffuses the light evenly, and truly makes my kitchen look so much better! It literally took me one minute to install. It just clicks right into place! If you have a bare bulb and need an affordable yet high quality solution, this is the way to go!!! I also reached out to the company with some questions and they replied quickly, and provided great customer service. Highly recommend!

This shade is a genius idea and easy to snap in place. It gives a whole new look to an unsightly plain light bulb. 5 ☆'s!

I’m so glad I found this product! I had a bare lightbulb in my utility closet that didn’t need anything more than just a cover-up. The options out there for clip-on shades are terrible - either the dreaded “boob lamp”-type cover, icky cheap fake crystal or (going the other way) REALLY pricey. It took less than a minute to install the shade, and it looks great - very lightweight and very simple in shape and design. All I could ask for.

I needed something to dress up the bare lightbulbs in my converted office space. These fit the bill perfectly. They took less to a minute to install and I didn't have to worry about messing with the shades to get them to fit around my CFL bulbs. The shade softened the glare from the bulbs, but there's still plenty of light coming through.

Very easy to install over a ceiling light bulb. Light weight and no tools necessary. very reasonable price.

Sometimes you need to dull the light so that you can shine. Spend a good portion of my time in an unfinished basement with exposed bulbs trying to study. You never realize how blinding/bright/annoying an exposed bulb can be until one is shining directly in your eyes. Stumbled across this light cover as an easy solution, instead of trying to figure out how to attach a paper lantern (not fun). My only regret is that I bought only one and now I wish I had the money to cover all the bulbs. I will be buying more and will recommend them to anybody else who needs a quick easy fix.

This product is simple but brilliant. We have a hanging lamp in our nursery that simply wouldn't work with a standard ceiling light fixture. I wish this product was around years ago when I was renting, it would have been a great cheap fix to the bare bulbs found in a lot of those low rent apartments.

This light cover is exactly what I was looking for! I was a little worried based on the lack of reviews, but when I recieved it it was in perfect condition and it fit perfectly on the light bulb I had. It contains a hard plastic cover and a metal holder that connects it to the lightbulb.

An existing glass-globe ceiling light in my kitchen wouldn't fit the cover over a larger, bright light bulb I wanted to use. This cover ended up being perfect for what I needed it for without damaging the existing ceiling fixture, and I easily spray painted the metal clasp to match the metal of the lamp I have. Looks like it was made for the original fixture and cost me less than $20. This took less than 15 seconds to install and eliminated the problem of having to choose from a dim standard bulb that would fit my existing fixture, or using a big bright bulb with this cover over it instead. Definitely ordering a few more of these to have on standby. Super easy and a much needed niche filled. The owner of the company was inspired while living in the UAE and seeing bare bulbs on ceilings, and decided to create this solution. I even received a hand signed letter thanking me for my purchase. Seriously above and beyond customer service. I have never written a review here before but am happy to after finding such an attentive company! 10/10

Works great. Ingenious design. Used it for a 200W light bulb (thicker than average bulb) and it fit great. A bit pricey for what it is, but it definitely reduces eye strain.

The EZ shade works exactly as advertised. It provides an attractive cover for a bare bulb and is super easy to install. The price is excellent for the product. I would definitely buy this item again.

When we bought our house, there were a few rooms with exposed bulbs as overhead lighting. I did a lot of research on cover options and this one was the cheapest and easiest to install. Now our bathroom doesn't look like an interrogation room and the light is diffused and lovely. Also a very nice seller. Highly recommended!
